this is a pretty interesting video about a product called Goldmine CRM Software, I have never used this product (yet) but it seems interesting.  Businesses which initially focused on finance / sales / marketing management are now shifting their priority towards customer relationship management. CRM solutions are flooding the market with easy-to-use tools to manage business customers that’s why this application may have a huge potential.
